Should everyone be adding a picture to their LinkedIn profile when they sign up? Does a picture really matter? I didn’t think so, and to some extent, I still don’t think so. While I was finishing up my degree and working part time, my boss told me that I should have a LinkedIn profile picture. I laughed and said that probably wouldn’t happen, but she made some pretty interesting points as to why I should.
