Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain

Posted by ICECORP on Jan 25, 2017 9:00:00 AM

Now that we're all used to the concept of the Internet of Things and the Big Data that it is creating, it's time to take a look at the latest digital trend that is transforming supply chain operations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) sounds futuristic, but it's real and it's here. Anybody who interacts with an online search engine, chat bot, or talks to their Android or Apple phone is using AI. Recently I decided that enough was enough. I started on the road to get into the best shape of my life. I started a well-known diet regiment that included managing my food intake with points and attending weekly weigh ins where we talk about the food (and wine) we love and the strategies to avoid succumbing to our inner weaknesses. We appreciate our wins and try to move on and not dwell on our setbacks. I step onto that scale with the hope of losing weight and getting fitter.
